Josh Olson
Prior to founding DRT in 2012, Joshua Olson developed relationships throughout the dance industry by working with major partners on digital solutions for magazines, costumes, and competition registration. DRT started as a one-time project for a client, but has grown into a national and international success, and DRT has established brand recognition throughout the dance industry. As the face of the company, Josh is immediately recognized by the major players in the dance industry as the go-to guy for technical solutions. Josh Olson has served on the board of the United Dance Merchants of America and serves currently in an advisory role.

Stephanie Suarez
Prior to joining DRT, Stephanie Suarez garnered extensive experience within the non-profit sector, adeptly navigating grant application processes both as grantee and grantor and overseeing the successful execution of a $5 million construction initiative comprising 51 housing units. Upon assuming her role as co-owner at DRT during its nascent stages, Suarez strategically leveraged her operational acumen to meticulously refine and streamline organizational workflows. Her initiatives facilitated notable year-on-year expansion while ensuring optimal utilization of human capital resources within the company. As a result, her orchestrated processes have consistently bolstered customer satisfaction metrics and propelled sustained growth trajectories for the enterprise.

Director of Business Ops
As a seasoned professional with an entrepreneurial spirit, Amy always pursued my passions, embraced every opportunity, cherishing relationships and focused on leaving a positive impact wherever she goes. Being creative has allowed her to write pieces for publications such as Medium, where she shares insights, experiences, and lessons learned along her journey. The joy of writing allows her to write imaginative stories she shares with her grandchildren sparking their curiosity and creativity. In her professional life, she serves as the Director of Business Operations, leveraging her expertise to drive success and growth. And when she is not immersed in work or writing, Amy is a proud dog mom and a lover of motorcycles!
Operations Manager
In 2005 Mari began her journey in hospitality and hasn't looked back. With six years as an Account and Registration Manager for a hospitality company in Atlanta, to a Program Manager at the Georgia Institute of Technology in the Office of Conference Services, Mari now has 18+ years of event management; 16+ years of registration services; 13+ years with project management; and 12+ years as a staff supervisor.
Development Manager
Josh Mardis oversees IT and software development at DRT. He has a background working as an Arabic linguist in the US Navy and has a passion for learning new things and solving problems. When he's not restarting the printer, he likes reading books and playing basketball.
Marketing Manager
Leo handles DRT's marketing and sales efforts, and many other things as well! She believes in lending a hand wherever it is needed. She may be the face you see at our trade shows and events, come say hello! Leo is originally from the UK and has lived in many states- because of this she thrives in connecting with people. Her MBA is from LSU- Geaux Tigers! She is an accomplished swimmer, proud mom to a two-year-old daughter, and huge hockey fan!
QC Manager
Sara looks out for the details at DRT by performing quality checks, auditing seating charts, and keeping an eye on the flow of production. As the most tenured employee, she is always happy to answer questions and help both new and established DRT team members so we can better serve our clients. She has always worked in the arts, spending 15 years teaching music and 5 years teaching ballroom dance. Sara loves books, fiber arts, dogs, and all things spooky!
