DRT has been a great company to handle our ticket sales! They provide fast, convenient service to our student's family and friends to purchase tickets to our shows online or through the mobile application without needing to provide staff on our end to sacrifice the time and effort to make this possible. We are truly grateful to DRT for making our job a bit easier and less stressful!

I found that the program was very easy to use. We did not hear any negative comments from our parents either. The program is very good and the customer service and your support is AWESOME !!! Next year will be a piece of cake and I believe that the parents were actually very happy because the scanning at the door was good and they could just go in and find their seat and sit down and it took away the frustration of having to get their early to save seats. DRT was amazing. The system was super easy and I loved that I could check in on things. The communication was outstanding and I always received prompt and in depth responses to my questions and concerns. Would absolutely use your services again and would recommend you guys for sure!
