Using the new ticketing portal is totally optional, and you can switch back to the old portal at any time. We encourage users to submit feedback via the Bug icon in the top right corner of the new portal.
The new portal can be accessed from the old admin portal by clicking "New Portal" in the top right corner. This allows you to try the new experience while still having access to the familiar interface.
Yes, your old portal will remain supported for the remainder of 2026. This gives you plenty of time to explore the new portal at your own pace and transition when you're ready.
